The song’s title is taken from the name of a character in the play The Lady of the Camellias by Alexandre Dumas fils. McCartney said that he was inspired to write the song when he saw a lonely-looking woman in a church. On some releases of this soundtrack "Two of Us" appeared also in a version by Neil Finn with his son Liam Finn.
